What to expect

2 night stay for up to four in a Barone or Glenmore apartment OR

2 night stay for up to four in a Kilbride apartment OR

2 night stay for up to six in a Glencallum apartment

Voucher is valid from Sat 14 Sep 2019 until Sat 21 Dec 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 6 Dec 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person. 

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.

Barone and Glenmore apartment -  accommodates 4 people; 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 additional single bed; sofa bed in living area. 

Kilbride apartment – accommodates 4 people; 2 bedroom apartment, first room has 1 king size bed and 1 single bed and second room has has 2 single beds. 

Glencallum apartment - accommodates 6 people; 2 bedrooms, first room has 1 double bed and 1 single bed and second room has 2 single beds; can sleep 7 using the sofa bed in living area.

1 additional person can be accommodated per apartment for a supplementary  charge of £15 pp; payable directly.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

Electricity is payable by meter; payable directly to Ardencraig House Apartments.

Free on-site parking available.

Free wifi available in all apartments.

Children permitted and included in the overall headcount; any infants may stay in addition to the apartment's bed allocation (cots can be provided free of charge).

Pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per stay; max of 2 pets. Please note pets should never be left unattended in the apartment. 

No wheelchair access available 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
