Why are children not permitted? Why is itison promoting a hotel that excludes families?

I'm afraid these terms are set by the hotel but I'm sorry if this means this deal is unsuitable for yourself.

Many of the venues we work with do permit children and this is always detailed in the small print before you buy.

Hopefully, something more suitable pops up soon for your family!

I can confirm this voucher is valid from Thur 1 Oct 2020 so I'm afraid it wouldn't be valid for a stay in September.

  • Overnight stay for two with a bottle of wine on arrival, full Scottish breakfast and late check-out OR
  • 1 or 2 night stay for two with a £50 food and drink voucher, full Scottish breakfast and late check-out

Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Thur 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; all dates subject to availability.

Voucher must be booked by Thur 17 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 11.30am.

Standard double or twin room available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Options 2 & 3: Includes a £25pp food and drink valid against all menus; subject to change. Please note voucher spend must be used in full, no change will be given. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 

Option 1: Includes a bottle of wine in the room on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

No children permitted.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
