I can confirm two vouchers cannot be used to book 2 consecutive nights but your stay can be extended for a supplementary to be discussed with and paid directly to the hotel.

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two with breakfast and optional bottle of Prosecco OR 3 course dinner OR
  • 2 or 3 night stay for two with breakfast

Voucher is valid from Wed 15 Jul 2020 until Sat 31 Jul 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 20 Dec 2020 - 25 Apr 2021 and special event days such as weddings.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday stays and £30 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Jul 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.

Standard or Deluxe double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded and stay extended for a supplementary to be discussed with and paid directly to the hotel..

Option 2: Includes a 3 course dinner from a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Option 1: Includes a bottle of Prosecco in the room; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Max of 1 child permitted free of charge if sharing with 2 adults; children are classed as ages 3-12yrs. Max of 1 additional infant under 2yrs old permitted; travel cot can be provided. Please advise hotel at time of booking.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available. Please discuss with the hotel at time of booking.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
