I have tried to book and all rooms from today until the end of the offer state not available, what should i do as i have already bought the voucher??

You'll be able to check availability and make a booking online immediately after buying your voucher.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two with breakfast, late check-out and optional 2 course dinner

Voucher is valid until Mon 31 May 2021 and Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Wed 30 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 2-4 Apr, 1 Jun - 31 Oct and 20 Dec 2021 - 3 Jan 2022.

A supplementary charge of £15 is required for Friday stays and £30 for Saturdays stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 2 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss and pay directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes continental breakfast only.

Option 2: Includes a 2 course dinner each choosing a starter & main or main & dessert from the Prix Fixe menu which is subject to change. Please note dinner to be taken at or prior to 7.30pm on Friday and Saturday nights. Please note dinner is not available in restaurant on 25th December; instead £19.95 allocation per person against food in the Mal Bar or Room Service. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options available; please advise hotel at time of booking.

Max 1 child permitted; cots are available on request for babies. Children aged 3 – 14 years require a supplementary charge of £30 for extra bed; payable directly to hotel. Meals paid for as taken. Please note: family rooms require a supplementary charge; please discuss rates and availability directly with hotel.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available; please discuss at the time of booking.

Free parking available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
