I have tried to book and all rooms from today until the end of the offer state not available, what should i do as i have already bought the voucher??

You'll be able to check availability and make a booking online immediately after buying your voucher.
If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.
