Questions and answers

The small print says that the voucher is non refundable once booked with Malmaison but what happens if the Covid restrictions change once a date is booked and we cannot travel? Will the voucher be extended?

I’m happy to let you know a supplementary charge of £15 is required for Friday stays and £30 for Saturday stays; payable directly to the hotel.

Hi im interested in booking this but hesitant due to the travel conditions.

If there is a travel ban for leisure will the voucher date be extended to stay at the hotel or a refund given?

Voucher is valid until Mon 31 May 2021 and Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Wed 30 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 2-4 Apr, 1 Jun - 31 Oct and 20 Dec 2021 - 3 Jan 2022.

A supplementary charge of £15 is required for Friday stays and £30 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 28 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!)

Online bookings only.

Voucher is non-refundable and non-transferable once booked with Malmaison.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.

Double or twin standard room available.

Stay can be extended by a night and rooms upgrade for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes starter and main or main and dessert from Prix Fixe menu or £19.95pp allowance each on the á la carte menu; subject to change. Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available.

A supplementary charge is required for the following dishes; steak frites - £8 and fillet steak - £14; payable directly to the restaurant.

Please note dinner to be taken at or prior to 7.30pm on Friday and Saturday nights.

Pay and display parking is available surrounding the hotel. 

Max of 1 child permitted; children are classed as ages 3 - 14 years and require a supplementary charge of £30; payable directly to hotel. Rooms must be upgraded to a family room to accommodate; please discuss rates and availability directly with hotel. Cots are available for babies.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access is available; please discuss directly.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
