How to you book your reservation, it states phone the hotel but the hotel says it must be done online through your portal ?

You'll be able to check availability and make a booking over the phone immediately after buying your voucher.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

With our guarantee, we'll be happy to issue itison credit for the full value of your voucher if:

- A business closes or is unable to fulfil your voucher
- You’re unable to use your voucher because of travel restrictions or isolating
- You’ve gifted a voucher that the recipient is unable to use for the above reasons

What to expect

  • 1, 2 or 3 night stay for two with full Scottish breakfast OR
  • Overnight stay for two with a 20pp dinner allowance and full Scottish breakfast

Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Oct 2020 until Mon 31 May 2021 and Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 24-28 Mar, 23 Dec 2021 - 2 Jan and 11 - 14 Feb 2022.

Please note voucher is not valid on wedding dates.

A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Voucher must be booked by Mon 28 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Stay in a double or twin Estate King room.

Rooms can be upgraded to an Estate Superior or Estate Deluxe for a supplementary charge per room per night to be discussed with and paid directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Overnight DBB: Includes a 20pp dinner spend. Valid in the Pineapple restaurant or 123 Cave Bar. Menus are subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Please note voucher spend must be used in full no change will be given.

Max of 1 child permitted aged 16 and under at a supplementary charge of £25 including breakfast; payable directly to hotel.

Max of 2 dogs permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
