Our vouchers are for two people only, but you're welcome to contact Macdonald Norwood Hall Hotel directly to discuss the possibility and cost of adding a third person to your booking and they'll be happy to advise.

what does it mean it is valid for 7 days?

What to expect

  • Afternoon tea for two with optional glass of Prosecco

Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Jan 2023 until Fri 30 Jun 2023, 7 days 1pm - 4pm; subject to availability.

Excludes 14 Feb & 19 Mar 2023.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Jun 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max of 6 people per table.

Afternoon tea menu only; subject to change.

Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.

Option 2 includes 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

Advance booking required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
