I'm wondering if this is the second time this offer has appeared?
Given that the start date is June, the end the 30 Sept, plus all the exclusions, this offer leaves a surprisingly narrow window of dates.
Why does it not continue into October?

I've purchased this voucher and booked my stay. However I need to upgrade my room as bringing our 2kids. I put it in the additional notes when booking. Is this the correct thing to do or should I phone the hotel and speak to them?

Voucher is valid from Sun 26 Jun until Fri 30 Sep 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 22-25 Jun, 2, 8-9, 14-16, 20-24, 29-30 Jul, 5-6, 12-14, 18, 21, 26-27 Aug and 3-4, 9-10, 13-14, 17-18, 24 Sep 2022.

A supplementary charge of £20prpn is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Sep 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Standard twin, double or king room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: Deluxe king - £10, Deluxe King/Sofa - £20, Junior suite - £30 and Master suite £50; payable directly to hotel and subject to availability.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a £30pp dinner spend on the main menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Tables required back after 2 hours. 2 night stay: dinner is on the first night only.

Max of 2 children aged 0-12yrs permitted in a deluxe family room for a supplementary charge of £20 per night; payable directly to the hotel. Children dine free on the kids menu.

Pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £12 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
