If I purchase an Itison voucher for two and at the last minute only one person can go, can they still use the voucher? bearing in mind there is only one guest.

This voucher is based on 2 people sharing, though you're welcome to contact the venue directly to ask about the possibility of one person using the voucher. This usually isn't a problem, but no further discount would be applicable.

On the 'two night' deal details it states that dinner is only provided on the first night . Are customers expected to forage for food at extra expense on the second night?

I can confirm a 3-course dinner will be provided on the first night for Option 2 and this is included in the price of your voucher. You're welcome to dine in the hotel on the second night or perhaps visit nearby restaurants.

Voucher is valid until Sat 11 May 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 15, 16 Feb and 27, 28 Apr 2019.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 12 Apr 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Voucher is non-changeable or refundable once booked with the hotel.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights, subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12pm.

Double or twin standard room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: river view room £20, executive room £50 and suite £80; payable directly to hotel and subject to availability.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a 3 course dinner from the table d'hote menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking. Option 2 dinner is on the first night only.

A supplementary charge is required per person for the following: Scottish highland cheese slate £3.50 and chargrilled 8oz Scottish sirloin steak £6.95; payable directly to restaurant.

Parking available nearby at a surcharge.

Wheelchair access available; there is a lift to each floor however each floor does have steps, please request a room near lift for wheelchair access.
