I have Just bought option five however the confirmation from you states that pets are £20 a night but in your small print i prior to booking it days £9.60 per night!? Also my confirmation also says not valid on Saturday’s but your small print prior to booking days 7 days a week with a supplement for weekends . Can you please verify .

I can confirm a max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £9.50 per pet per night, payable directly to the hotel.

I can confirm voucher option 5 is valid 7 days; subject to availability. A supplementary charge of £25 per room per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to the hotel.

I'm not too sure what's happened and how your voucher is displaying differing information but I've re-sent it to you now so hopefully, you'll be able to see the correct information.

Hello, can the cream tea be taken on the second day of a one night stay? I.E.dinner the first night then the cream tea the following morning/afternoon? Thanks!

Option 1 and 2 voucher is valid from Sun 2 Dec 2018 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, Sun – Fri; subject to availability. A supplementary charge of £25 per room per night for Friday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Option 3 – 5 voucher is valid from Sun 2 Dec 2018 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability. A supplementary chare of £25 per room per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Excludes from 23rd Dec 2018 – 4th Jan 2019, 14th – 22nd Feb 2019.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 4 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Voucher is non-transferable and non-refundable once booked with the hotel.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Option 5 includes 2 hour private use of the hot tub and sauna.

Option 1- 4 can upgrade to include 2 hours private use of the hot tub and sauna for a supplementary charge of £65; subject to availability and payable directly to the venue.

Free parking available.

Max of 1 child permitted in superior rooms only; ages 15 and under require a supplementary charge of £15 per child per night including breakfast; payable directly to hotel.

Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £9.50 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
