We have stayed at Archerfield before but in a cottage not a lodge.

We were allowed to take our little kitten with us every tine before but want to check if we can do so again at the lodges before buying this deal?

I'm happy to confirm Options 3 and 4 are valid for a 2-night stay.

Option 3 is £649 for a 2 night stay for up to six people in a 3 bedroom 5* lodge with afternoon tea each on the first day.
Option 4 is £665 for a 2 night stay for up to six people in a 3 bedroom 5* lodge with a 2 course dinner each on the first evening.

Hi there,

I contacted Archerfield last week to book but the dates are so restricted for the it is on voucher in March...my sister is in the Royal Navy and deployed until March and we wanted the lodge to be a lovely relaxing time after her time away serving her country. Is there any way of extending this voucher? It’s such a shame she will miss out because of little availability.
If not is there any way of refunding under the circumstances that she is in the military and is unable to attend because of service?

What to expect

1 or 2 night stay for up to six in a 3 bedroom 5* lodge with 2 course dinner each

Stay with afternoon tea options: Voucher is valid from Sun 3 Nov 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, Sun - Thur; subject to availability. Excludes Fri & Sat.

Stay with dinner options: Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability. Supplementary charge of £200 per lodge per night for Fridays and Saturdays. 

Excludes 23 – 26, 31 Dec 2019, 1 Jan 2020.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 9 Mar 2020 (we don't want you to miss out!)

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 10.30am.

Dinner options include 2 course dinner each for the first night only within the Clubhouse Restaurant. Vegetarian, vegan, dairy and gluten free options available.

Please note breakfast is not included; breakfast can be added for a supplementary charge of £16 per person; please discuss directly with Archerfield.

Max 6 adults per lodge.

Lodges have 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite), open plan kitchen/living/dining space and balcony.

Bedrooms can be made up as doubles, twins or singles; please discuss at time of booking.

Z-bed for children up to 12 years available for a supplement of £25 per bed; max of three Z-beds/children per lodge. Cots available on request free of charge or members can also bring their own cot.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with Archerfield.

Lodge can be upgraded to a 4 bedroom lodge for a supplementary charge per night; please discuss directly with Archerfield.

All gas, electricity, towels, linens included.

Max of 2 pets permitted at a supplementary charge of £45 per pet per stay; payable directly to Archerfield.

Free onsite parking available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
