I noticed this is advertised as Stay for two however, does this include 2x - tasting menu meals and 2x breakfasts?

Four times we tried to make this purchase and each case it froze and said that we didn’t respond in time

I'd recommend if possible, trying again on another computer or device.

  • Choose from a stay in a king room OR junior king suite OR super king room

Voucher is valid from Wed 23 Nov 2022 until Sat 18 Mar 2023, Wed - Sat check-ins only; subject to availability. 

Excludes Sun - Tue and 21 Dec 2022 - 31 Jan 2023.

Voucher must be booked by Mon 27 Feb 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 

Check-in 4pm, check-out 11am.

King room OR king junior suite OR super king room available; depending on voucher selected.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes 10 course tasting menu. Menu can be viewed here; subject to change. 

Vegetarian, vegan, dairy and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking; ingredients are sourced daily and cannot guarantee that requests for substitutes can be accommodated without sufficient notice.

Children permitted for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

No pets permitted. 

No wheelchair access.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
