Questions and answers

This offer is confusing when it’s available could you qualify please . It says Monday to Friday 1-4 but then underneath it says it excludes certain Saturdays and Sunday’s - si is is available to use in saturdays and Sunday’s as well as Monday to Friday as long S it avoids those weekends ? I can confirm this offer is valid from Thur 2 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, and can be used Mon - Fri, 1pm - 4pm with leisure access 10am - 8pm; subject to availability.

All Saturdays and Sundays are excluded from the deal, as well as 23 Jan, 14 Feb, 25 - 27 Mar 2020.

Can you book beauty treatments to have during the day whilst using the leisure facilities?

Our vouchers are for afternoon tea and use of the leisure facilities only, but you're welcome to contact Fairmont St Andrews directly to discuss the possibility and cost of adding treatments to your booking and they'll be happy to advise.

Excludes Saturdays, Sundays and 23 Jan, 14 Feb, 25 - 27 Mar 2020.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 9 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Over 18’s only.

Max of 2 vouchers per table.

Savoy afternoon tea only. Menu can viewed here; subject to change.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel at time of booking.

Includes full leisure access to fitness space as well as aromatherapy steam room, wellness sauna, indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
