What to expect

  • Spa day for one or two with treatments and full access to the hydrotherapy experiences, choose from:
  • 25 minute back, neck & shoulder massage or taster facial for one OR
  • Luxury 50 minute facial or massage for one, plus afternoon tea and a glass of Prosecco OR
  • Luxury 50 minute facial or massage for two plus a glass of Prosecco each

Voucher is valid from Mon 13 Jan 2020 until Mon 30 Nov 2020 and from Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Mon 28 Feb 2022, Sun - Fri 10am - 8pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Saturdays, 1 Dec 2020 - 31 Oct, 24-31 Dec 2021 and 14 Feb 2022.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 11 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Bookings must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Over 18s only.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability.

Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding, not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission and not suitable for those with diabetes or high blood pressure.

Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.

Option 1 duration: Choice of a 25 minute back, neck and shoulder massage OR 25 minute facial.

Options 2 & 3 duration: 50 minute luxury facial or personalised massage.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Option 2: Includes afternoon tea. Menu can be viewed here; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise at time of booking.

Option 2 & 3: Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
