Questions and answers

You have stated that it is £30 per night per dog on itison website but on in inverberg holidays website it say £30 per stay per dog. Is this a misprint?

I can confirm a maximum of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £30 per stay which is payable directly to the holiday park.

Dogs are not allowed in the play area, play park or in the shop and must not be left unattended in the holiday accommodation, or on the park.

Hi Rachael I called the caravan park and they told me that they couldn’t tell me the availability until I bought the voucher which isn’t ideal. I wouldn’t want to go buy the voucher to discover the date isn’t available.

What to expect

  • 3 night stay for up to four in a 2 bedroom caravan OR
  • 3 night stay for up to six in a 3 bedroom caravan

Voucher is valid from Mon 28 Sep 2020 until Sun 8 Nov 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.

Please note there is limited availability during the October school holidays and weekends.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Oct 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.

Option 1: Stay in a 2 bed caravan with 1 x double bed and 1 x twin bed.

Option 2: Stay in a 3 bed caravan with 1 x double bed and 2 x twin beds.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with the holiday park.

Includes tea towels, oven gloves, washing up liquid, cloths, binbags, soaps, and some toilet roll. Any additional items required after these have run out can be purchased from the on-site reception shop.

Children permitted within the headcount. Travel cots and highchairs may be hired at an additional charge and must be requested at time of booking; subject to availability. Due to the size of rooms in the units, cots can normally only be accommodated in the living area of holiday homes. Cot linen will not be provided.

Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £30 per stay; payable directly to the holiday park. Registered assistance dogs are accepted free of charge at the Holiday Park, subject to availability of suitable pet friendly accommodation.  Dogs must always be kept on a lead whilst on the park. Dog owners must clean up after them using the bins provided. Dogs are not allowed in the play area, play park or in the shop and must not be left unattended in the holiday accommodation, or on the park.

Wheelchair access available. please discuss requirements at time of booking. Not all accessible holiday homes have a wet room so please check before you book if this is a facility that you require.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
