I'm happy to let you know we're offering vouchers for a 3 night (£239) OR 4 night (£319) midweek stay and bookings are made direct with the hotel after purchase.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

Hi I purchased the voucher and booked with the company (11th-14th Feb which are stated as excluded) however I have noticed that the booking email recieved states that its a single storey lodge (also stated as excluded) which is not ideal as there are kids in the party and seperate living and sleeping would have been better. The email also states the security deposit is £200 not £100 as advertised- I do not have disposable funds to stretch to £200. All the information above was only confirmed in the booking terms recieved after the booking was made which makes the booking non-refundable and I am unable to amend the booking. I am extremely disappointed and would like this to be addressed.

What to expect

3 or 4 night midweek stay for up to six

Option 1: Voucher is valid from Mon 28 Jan 2019 until Tue 26 Mar 2019. Mon or Tue arrivals only; subject to availability.

Option 2: Voucher is valid from Mon 28 Jan 2019 until Mon 25 Mar 2019. Mon arrivals only; subject to availability.

Excludes Fridays – Sundays and 11 - 22 Feb 2019.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 4 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Bookings and enquiries can be made via email only.

Voucher is non-refundable once booked with Loch Lomond Waterfront.

Please note 30 days notice is required for any amendments to booking.

A £100 refundable security deposit is required and payable directly to Loch Lomond Waterfront.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 2 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am; arrivals later than 6pm by arrangement only; members are asked to call in advance in case of unavoidable delays.

2 x double / twin bedrooms plus double sofa bed.

Lodges included are back row two storey elevated lodges (Drumlanrig, Mellerstain, Mey & Crathes); no single storey lodges available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge of £150 per night, subject to availability; please discuss directly with Loch Lomond Waterfront Lodges.

Hot Tub can be added at a supplement charge of £16 per night, please discuss directly with Loch Lomond Waterfront Lodges.

Free onsite parking available.

Includes linen and towels.

Please note that Loch Lomond Waterfront do not accept bookings for stag/hen parties and have a strict ‘peace and quiet policy’ whereby guests are respectfully asked to minimise noise during the night. For full details please visit here.

Children permitted and included in the overall headcount. Children under 3 staying in a cot require a supplementary charge of £10, max 1 cot per lodge; payable directly to Loch Lomond Waterfront Lodges.

No wheelchair access available.

Max of 2 pets are permitted in Drumlanrig & Mellerstain lodges only; one pet is charged at £35 per pet; payable directly to Loch Lomond Waterfront Lodges. Please discuss when booking.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
