What to expect

  • 1 or 2 night stay for two in a superior king room with breakfast each morning and Prosecco afternoon tea one day OR
  • Overnight stay for two in a superior king room with breakfast, dinner and spa treatment each with a glass of Prosecco

Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Jun 2020 until Wed 30 Dec 2020, 7 days; subject to availability

Excludes 24-26 Dec 2020.

A supplementary charge of £50 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Voucher must be booked by Wed 2 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am. 

Superior King Room available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Option 2: Includes 3 courses from set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available.

Options 1 & 3: Include an afternoon tea with a 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Menu is subject to change. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink. Option 3: Afternoon tea is for one day only.

Option 2 includes a glass of Prosecco and 1 x 60 min treatment (any Elemis 60min massage or facial); excludes Biotec or 2 x 30 min treatments (express 30min facial & 30min neck back & shoulder massage); subject to change. Facial is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and massage can be adapted during pregnancy, please discuss directly with spa. Treatment is suitable for those 3 years out of remission. Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa. Includes access and relaxation room. Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. Over 16s only.

Max of 1 child permitted up to age 12 at no extra charge. Cot or extra bed is available.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

Advance booking required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
