Questions and answers

Are there any restrictions on when the hot tub can be used? Is there a dishwasher in the lodge yet and are all 5 bedrooms open to be used , as Iv has this deal before and 2 of the bedrooms were locked, there was no dishwasher and the hot tub could only be used after 6pm at night! Thanks

Thanks for getting in touch and your patience on this.

I can confirm the hot tub can be used from 6pm until 10pm and there is no dishwasher available.

There are up to five bedrooms available in these lodges. Three bedrooms will be available for 6 people and the additional rooms will be open for any additional guests.

2 night midweek or weekend stay in a luxury lodge for six with breakfast, a Prosecco welcome hamper, full leisure access & discount golf and spa treatments

Option 1 (Midweek) voucher is valid until Tue 30 Apr 2019; Mon - Thur arrivals only; subject to availability. Excludes Fridays – Sundays. Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 9 Apr 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Option 2 (Midweek) voucher is valid Until Mon 29 Apr 2019, Sun - Wed arrivals only; subject to availability. Excludes Thursday – Saturday arrivals. Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 9 Apr 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Option 3 (Weekend) voucher is valid until Fri 26 Apr 2019, Fri arrivals only; subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays – Thursdays and 6, 12, 13, 19 – 21 Apr 2019. Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 9 Apr 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am. 

Luxury lodge available; up to four additional guests can be added for £100 per person per night and payable directly to Mar Hall.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

A security deposit of £250 is required; payable directly to hotel.

Welcome hamper includes 2 x bottles of Prosecco, strawberries and chocolate. Members also receive 25% off spa treatments and rounds of golf.

Includes access to leisure facilities: swimming pool, saunas and steam rooms.

Free parking available.

Children permitted and included in the overall headcount; additional children can be added for a supplementary charge of £30 per child per night and payable directly to Mar Hall.

No pets permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
