If you plan to visit the spa during the day between 10am-7pm, a supplement of £40 per person will apply.

I can confirm when we say valid 7 days, we mean the voucher is can be used any day of the week instead of only on certain days.

Does itison.com actually charge you for the hotel stay directly or do we reserve the voucher via the website & actual payment is made to the hotel directly?

  • Overnight stay for two in an Old Course room with 3 course dinner & breakfast

Voucher is valid from Wed 29 Jan 2020 until Mon 30 Mar 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.

Option 1: Excludes 8, 11 Feb and 20 Mar 2020.

Option 2: Excludes 20 Mar 2020.

A supplementary charge of £30prpn is required for Fridays and Saturdays and a £60 supplement for 14 and 15 Feb 2020; payable directly to the hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 28 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.

Option 1: King or twin Eden room available.

Option 2: King or twin Old Course room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to an Old Course suite for a supplementary charge per room per night of £150; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes 3 courses from the market menu in Sands restaurant. Vegetarian, dairy, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Please note both menu and restaurant is subject to change.

Includes complimentary spa access from 7am - 10am and 7pm - 9pm. A charge of £40pp applies for access between 10am - 7pm; please arrange with hotel directly. 

Max of 2 children permitted; children are classed as ages 3 – 15 yrs and can be accommodated in a suite for £45 per child including breakfast. Supplement of £150 is also required for room upgrade. 

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
