I can confirm option 1 for this deal costs £99 and is valid for a spa day for one, whereas option 2 costs £195 and is valid for a spa day for two.

What to expect

  • Spa day for one or two including a light lunch, spa access and a 25 min facial and 25 min massage each

Voucher is valid from Thur 2 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020; Sun-Thur, 10am – 5pm, lunch from 12noon; subject to availability.

Excludes 12 - 26 Jan (hotel is closed) and 22 Mar 2020.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 10 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Suitable for ages 16+.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time; please discuss directly with spa; subject to availability.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted for specific conditions.

Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.

Spa treatments consist of a 25 min custom back massage and a 25 min facial each.

Includes full access to the leisure facilities consisting of a 20m indoor pool, hydrotherapy pool, steam room & sauna, ice fountain, cold plunge pool and a hot tub in the rooftop garden.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Includes a light lunch choosing one course from a set menu; menu subject to change. Vegetarian and gluten/wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Wheelchair access available; please discuss directly with spa.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
