Questions and answers

The vital information says 4 course meals on both nights, but the next paragraph says 3 course. Could you confirm what is included please. Also, are there any indoor activity experiences which are more suited to a wet winter visit?

I am struggling to see how the sis a good deal. You can get b&b for 330 on the website, meals are cheaper. It may not be the same room type. I understand you are often offered cheap upgrades on check in. What sort of discount is this supposed to be? I have booked Glencoe house with you and like my luxury breaks but the doesn't look like a good deal.

I’m happy to help clear this up, as our prices are all checked before our deals go on sale and the discount has been calculated correctly when it was created.

This deal is for 2 people and is based on the average price of DBB in a master room for a 2-night stay in Feb, March and April which is £870.

- Activity experience, usually £40 per person.
- Afternoon Tea, usually £25 per person
- 3-course dinner, usually £45per person each night

This gives a top price of £1180 and as our vouchers are £599, the saving is 49%

Due to the nature of hotel room rates, these can fluctuate in the duration of the deal period and our deal providers can offer their own promotions directly, and I’m afraid we don’t have much control over these. Where we can though, we will link to their website on our deal so you check their offers out before you buy.

The voucher excludes Mondays & Tuesday? Is that for arrival days? What if I want to use the voucher for Sunday & Monday, is that valid?
