I tried to buy this voucher tonight but something happened at the end and I got no verification from my bank to authenticate the ourchase. It said it couldn't find the page or it was an old web site. I need the voucher to cover Thursday 24th August from 7am until Friday 1st September at 10pm.

I’ve had a look and I'm afraid your recent order attempt failed at the 3D Secure stage, which is sadly controlled by your bank. We sometimes find though that the problem isn't actually down to your bank, and it's instead a compatibility issue with your browser or device.

If you're still looking to order this deal, I’d suggest trying again on another computer or device. You’ll know straight away if the transaction goes through as you’ll see a page confirming your order has been successful.

Good morning

I am about to purchase a voucher and I wanted to check that the following duration is available. Mon 14th drop off pick up Tue 22, I know that takes it to 9 days but the flight doesn't get into aberdeen until 0700hrs on the Tuesday would I have to pay additional?

If you could let me know prior to booking the voucher that would be great.

I guess that you just use the voucher code on your Web page for booking

What to expect

  • 8 consecutive days parking for one vehicle

Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Apr until Tue 31 Oct 2023; 7 days; subject to availability.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 13 Oct 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

Once booked, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 3 per person.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used for consecutive stays.

Members can drop off/collect their vehicle 24 hrs a day.

Members are welcome to stay for shorter durations. No refund of difference/further discount given.

Members will be charged for additional days; payable directly.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
