It says children 17 and under stay free but max 2 per room. Does that mean we can have 2adults plus 1 child in the room? Thank you

Thanks for getting in touch!

While most of our getaway deals are for 2 people, many hotels are welcome to accept our vouchers for a sole traveller, although no further discount would be applicable.

It's always worth checking with the individual venue before buying a voucher, though, as some may be able to offer you a better deal directly for single occupancy.

What to expect

Voucher is valid from Thu 29 Apr 2021 until Sun 19 Dec 2021, Thu - Sun; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 

Excludes Mon - Wed.

Option 2: Excludes 29 - 30 May and 4 - 5 Sep 2021.

Voucher must be booked by Wed 17 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 

Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.

Stay in a standard double or twin room.

Rooms can be upgraded to a suite for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss with and pay directly to the hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Children ages 17 and under stay free when sharing the room. Meals are charged as taken. Max of 2 people per room, additional people will require an upgrade; please discuss direct.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
