Hi, I was thinking of buying a voucher for Heat and Dust Aberdeen for the buffet lunch at £15 for two people for using on a Sunday. The voucher info says it is 7 days, but on their website the cost of lunch Tue-Sat is £10.95, whilst Sunday is an all day price of £16.95. Before I buy the voucher, can you confirm that the £15 voucher for two people will be valid on a Sunday, bearing in mind the prices shown on their website, as above. Thanks in anticipation. Andy.

I'm happy to let you know this voucher can be used from Friday 1st November 2019 until Tuesday 31st March 2020. Option 1 is valid Tuesday - Friday 12noon - 1pm and Saturday & Sunday 1pm - 4pm, and option 2 is valid Tuesday - Sunday, 5pm - 7pm; subject to availability.

Can I use the £15 voucher on a sat evening and what time do we have to be there for

I’m afraid the £15 option is for a buffet lunch, and can only be used until 4pm on a Saturday. I'm happy to let you know the other voucher options can be used on Saturdays from 5pm to 7pm though.

Option 1: Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, valid Tue - Fri 12noon - 1pm (2pm closing time) and Sat - Sun 1pm - 4pm; subject to availability.

Options 2- 4: Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, valid Tue – Sun 5pm – 7pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Mondays, 29 Nov, 24 - 25, 31 Dec 2019, 1 - 2 Jan and 14 Feb 2020.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 4 vouchers per person.

Max of 2 vouchers per table.

Buffet menu only; subject to change.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free and halal options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Option 3: Includes 175ml glass of house red, white or rose wine each.

Option 4: Includes a bottle of house red, white or rose wine to share.

Alcohol can be replaced with a 330ml draught soft drink only.

Table required back after 2 hours.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted however not included in voucher. £6.95 per child, children are classed as 6-10 years old; payable directly to restaurant.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
