With the uncertainty of lockdown and the amount of vouchers sold, how can there be a guarantee of actually securing a booking? ie more vouchers sold to others compared to accommodating a time frame

We know things are uncertain at the moment, so we've introduced our itison guarantee. If you can't use your voucher due to Covid-19, we'll issue an itison credit valid for 12 months.

Hi

I would like to book for two separately , however my sister has 3 little Yorkshire terriers, one being a pup of 6 months. Will this be a problem with them being very little dogs?

I would also like to know if I can have an additional adult (my mum) in one that I book. So 3 adults in one.

What to expect

  • 2 or 3 night stay for up to four in a family woodland chalet with breakfast and bucket of soft drinks on arrival

Jul - Aug stays: Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Jul 2020 until Sun 6 Sept 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 8 Aug. Voucher must be booked by Fri 7 Aug 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Sept - Jan stays: Voucher is valid from Mon 7 Sept 2020 until Thur 28 Jan 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 18 - 19 Sept, 5 - 7, 22 - 24 Oct, 30 Dec 2020 - 1 Jan 2021. Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 5pm, check-out 11am.

Family chalet available with a master double or twin room and second room with single or twin bunk beds.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge of £100 for Jun - Aug stays and £75 for Sept - Jan stays; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes continental breakfast and a bucket of soft drinks on arrival.

Max of 2 children 3-11 years permitted and included in overall headcount. Infants 0-3 can be accommodated in addition. Cots available for £10; payable directly. 

Max of 2 pets are permitted free of charge.

No wheelchair access available.

Advance booking required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
