Thanks for getting in touch!

I'm happy to let you know children are welcome at the hotel.

Those aged 3-14 years old require a supplementary charge of £25 including dinner and breakfast; payable directly to the hotel.

The max number of children permitted will be determined by room size.

Hi , I am trying to book a 1 night stay for 2 with a £100 gift voucher I got last year as a gift for my 60th birthday but couldn't use due to covid then ill health. I cannot see how to use my voucher as when I want to buy it just asks for my credit card details. My voucher expires on the 19th Feb but we want to book for the 26th of Feb. My 61st birthday is on 22nd Feb so this is close enough. Can you please help me as I am worried my voucher is expiring soon.Thank you. Anne Hyland Ross

Hi Anne,

Thanks for getting in touch, although I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble using your gift card.

Your gift card simply needs to be used to order a voucher before its expiry date - whichever voucher you choose will subsequently have its own validity period. So as long as you use your gift card before 19th February you have no need to worry!

To apply your gift card at our checkout, just head to itison.com. Once you’ve found the deal you’d like, select Buy Now. You can then select 'Add a gift card, promo code or itison credit' after confirming how many vouchers you'd like to buy.

You might find your code comes up automatically and you can select Use This Code. Otherwise, just type it in as it shows and select Enter Code. Your order total will update and you can continue to the payment section.

What to expect

  • 1 or 2 night stay for two with a 2 course dinner on the first night and full Scottish breakfast each morning

Voucher is valid from Sun 5 Dec 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Excludes 6, 10-11, 17-19, 21, 24-26, 28-31 Dec 2021, 1-2, 29 Jan, 3-5, 11-12, 17-20, 23-27 Feb and 4-6, 10-13, 18-20, 24-27 Mar 2022.

A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Friday stays and £20 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Voucher must be booked by Mon 28 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: classic - £10, superior - £20, suite/deluxe - £30 or Iona suite - £100; payable directly to hotel. 

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a 2 course dinner (starter & main) from a set menu; subject to change. Dishes from the a la carte menu are available for a supplementary charge; payable direct. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available on request. 2 night stay: dinner is on the first night only.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
