Can you use voucher throughout December?
Only I purchased a groupon one and you can’t.

I can confirm this voucher is valid from Tue 4 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, so I'm afraid it won't be accepted in December.

I have just ordered which I thought was for Inverurie gut I have accidently done it for Aberdeen. How do I change it.

I'm afraid we can't exchange vouchers between different locations, but if you just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order we'll be happy to issue a full refund for your Aberdeen voucher.

Voucher is valid from Tue 4 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.

Aberdeen: valid Mon - Tue 4.30pm - 8pm, Wed - Thu 12noon - 2pm and 4.30pm - 8pm, Fri - Sat 12noon - 9pm and Sun 1pm - 8pm.

Inverurie: valid 7 days 12noon - 8pm.

Elgin: valid 7 days 4.30pm - 8pm.

Portlethen: valid Mon - Thu 4.30pm - 8pm, Fri 12noon-2pm & 4.30pm - 8pm, Sat 12noon - 8pm and Sun 4.30pm - 8pm.

Excludes 27 Mar 2022

Voucher must be booked by Thu 17 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 

Choice of main course each from a set menu; subject to change.

Vegetarian options are available; gluten / wheat free options are unavailable.

Wheelchair access available in Inverurie, Aberdeen and Portlethen.

No wheelchair access available in Elgin.

Children permitted.

Advance booking required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
