I'm happy to let you know this voucher can be used from Thursday 3rd January 2019 until Sunday 31st March 2019, subject to availability, but I'm afraid there isn't a pool at the hotel. I can see we've mentioned this on our advert in error and I've asked our team to remove this - I'm sorry for the disappointment caused though.

I'm afraid the hotel doesn't have a dog-free room so they can't make any guarantees, but they can certainly make their housekeeping team aware of your allergy. If you'd like to discuss this further with them, you're welcome to to give them a call directly.

Hi There. I’ve just booked this voucher for a gift for the 2 nights as it said it includes a 3 course dinner on the first night. However upon reading the small print it says it is only 2 courses, a starter and main. This is misleading, can you confirm which it is please?

i bought a voucher and i'm trying to book via the link for the hotel but it's coming up "server not found". should I just phone them direct as the night I want is free to book normally anyway?

What to expect

Overnight stay for two with a glass of fizz on arrival, breakfast and late check-out OR

Overnight stay for two with a glass of fizz, 3 course dinner, breakfast and late check-out OR

2 night stay for two with a glass of fizz, 3 course dinner on one night, breakfast both mornings and late check-out

Voucher is valid from Thur 3 Jan 2019 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required per room for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.  

Check-in 3pm, check-out 1pm.

Standard king or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: family room for 3 (double & single bed) £15, family room for 4 (2 x double beds) £20 or family room for 5 ( 2 x king size beds & 1 x single) £25; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a glass of fizz; cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Option 2 and 3 includes a 3 course dinner each; menu can be viewed here. Some dishes may require a supplementary charge. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Option 3 dinner is on the first night only.

Free onsite parking available.

Max of 3 children ages 12 and under permitted; rooms can be upgraded to accommodate; please discuss directly with hotel.

Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
