1 child aged 12 and under can stay for free when sharing a twin room with adults. A supplementary charge of £7.50 is required for children’s breakfast (children’s dinner to be charged as taken); payable directly to hotel.

Hi have just bought a voucher for a Birthday treat tonight and was looking to book some spa treatments but unfortunately they all seemed to be booked up , does that mean that nothing will be available for my chosen date ?? As this is very disappointing given my booking is 4 weeks away and is a Birthday treat

Also sorry ..

Looked at the menu , and noticed there were other options available like steak ect , do or can we have other options and just pay extra or do we have to stick to a set menu ?? Again prob booking the one night without the 2 course menu would have been the best option to take ??

Last thing , I know there’s a supplement for a Sat but didn’t think it was £45 which I think my card has to be charged for ... just a bit confused as it looks like the better option would have been booking a 1 night stay and just ordering our choice food from the menu .. can you confirm everything as I’m now really confused as to how much I’m paying for this deal and what would have been the best value for money option for us , also if there are any spa treatments available or what options we have available for food

Voucher options 2 and 3 include a 2-course dinner from the itison set menu which is subject to change, and you couldn't order form the a la carte I'm afraid.

A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to the hotel. Rooms can also be and supplement charges for doing so are from £15, so you may have booked an upgraded room.
