I can confirm if you have received a gift card, you can use this to purchase a deal.

To apply this at our checkout, just head to itison.com. Once you’ve found the deal you’d like, select Buy Now. You can then select 'Add a gift card, promo code or itison credit' after confirming how many vouchers you'd like to buy.

You might find your code comes up automatically and you can select Use This Code. Otherwise, just type it in as it shows and select Enter Code. Your order total will update and you can continue to the payment section.

i received this as a gift from my daughter & son. I phoned to book but the hotel said it now has to be booked through you.

Voucher must be booked by Wed 23 Jun 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

July options:

1 night stay: Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Jul 2021 until Thu 29 Jul 2021, Sun - Thu; subject to availability. Excludes Fri - Sat.

2 night stay: Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Jul 2021 until Fri 30 Jul 2021, 7 days; subject to availability. A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Fri & Sat stays; payable directly to hotel.

Voucher must be booked by Thu 22 Jul 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. Bookings must be made at least 48hrs in advance of your preferred date of stay.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Classic double or twin room available; please advise at time of booking if twin room is required.

Rooms can be upgraded to a square view room for a supplementary charge of £25 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Card details will be taken at check-in to cover any incidentals during your stay.

Includes 2 courses from à la carte menu choosing from starter/main; subject to change. Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available. 2 night stays: Dinner is on the first night only.

Includes afternoon tea. 1 night stay: afternoon tea is served on arrival. 2 night stay: afternoon tea is on the second day.

Includes access to the spa facilities. Opened 8am - 9pm 7 days. Please note, spa facilities may be closed due to Covid-19; please discuss directly with hotel. Sauna is currently closed due to restrictions. 

Members must click here upon booking to make reservations for afternoon tea, breakfast, dinner and use of swimming pool. Please note, this is required to be completed at least 48 hours prior to arrival at hotel.

Max of 2 children permitted under the age of 16 for a supplementary charge of £24.50 per child per night; payable directly to hotel. Over 12s charged 50% of the full adult price.

Pets permitted at a supplement of £12.50 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
