What is the benefit of the £50 f and b voucher. Is it optional to buy it. If not what is the benefit of buying something you may not fully spend.??? does it give a better purchase power off the food and drinks menu ?

I'm happy to confirm that Option 2 includes a £50 food and bar allowance and costs £40 more than Option 1, an overnight stay, so has a total saving of £10.

We often find that customers like the opportunity to include this as part of their stay, particularly when they are gifting a voucher to a friend or family to use.

What to expect

  • 1 or 2 night stay for two with breakfast, late check-out and an optional £50 F&B voucher,

Voucher is valid from Wed 5 Oct 2022 until Sun 30 Apr 2023, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 1-4, 7-8, 21-22 Oct, 23 Dec 2022 - 10 Feb 2023.

A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Saturday stays payable directly to hotel. 

Voucher must be booked by Fri 31 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability. 

Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.

Classic double or twin room available. 

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge; deluxe room - £30, forest wing room - £10. Payable direct. 

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel. 

Includes leisure access.

Options 2 and 3 include a £50 F&B voucher to spend on any food and drink menu; subject to change. Voucher spend must be used in full; no change will be given.

Vegetarian, vegan, dairy free and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.  

Max of 2 children aged 0-12 permitted in a forest wing room for a supplementary charge of £30prpn for BB only; all other meals will be charged as taken.

Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available.  

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
