Are these lodges pet friendly. Can they take a third adult.

I'm happy to confirm pets are permitted free-of-charge; please state the number and type of pet at the time of booking.

Our vouchers are for two people only, but you're welcome to contact Clovenstone Lodges directly to discuss the possibility and cost of adding a third person to your booking and they'll be happy to advise.

Can I check in Wed and stay Wed to Thurs to Fri. Or is Thurs/Fri excluded? I am a wee bit confused by the small print! Thank you ☺️

Thanks for getting in touch!

I'm happy to let you know that for a weekday stay, you can check-in from Sunday to Wednesday, and check-in from Thursday to Saturday is excluded from the deal.

Is there a TV?

I can confirm the TV available is internet based so you are welcome to take your firestick or sign in with your Netflix/prime accounts when using.

  • Choose from a midweek OR weekend stay

Weekday stay: Voucher is valid until Tue 28 Feb 2023, Sun - Wed check-ins only. Excludes Thu - Sat.

Weekend stay: Voucher is valid from Fri 11 Nov 2022 until Fri 24 Feb 2023, Fri - Sat check-ins only. Excludes Sun - Thu.

General:

All stays exclude 23 - 27 and 30 Dec 2022 - 3 Jan 2023. 

Voucher must be booked by Tue 14 Feb 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Email bookings only.

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Stays are valid in Craigshannoch Lodge, Mither Tap Lodge or Oxen Craig Lodge; subject to availability.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Max of 2 children permitted in Oxen Craig lodge only. Please inform hotel at time of booking if this is required.

Pets permitted free-of-charge. Please state the number and type of pet at the time of booking.

No wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
