Rooms can be upgraded to a twin, superior or balcony room for £50 per room per night; please discuss directly when booking.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Cream tea will be served on arrival at the Crinan coffee shop; please discuss directly with the hotel.

Max of 1 child permitted; under 13s require a supplementary charge of £35 per night when sharing with adults, ages 13 years and over are classed as adults and will require their own room and voucher.

Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
