How do i know if the day i want to go is booked up? Iv tried calling the hotel.

You'll be able to check availability and make a booking immediately after buying your voucher.
If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

To apply an itison voucher at our checkout, select Buy Now. You can then Add a Gift Card or Promo Code after confirming how many vouchers you'd like to buy.
You might find your code comes up automatically and you can select Use This Code. Otherwise, just type it in as it shows and select Enter Code. Your order total will update and you can continue to the payment section.
