There is no way (I have emaild the hotel) to see if they have availability for the nights I want. I don't want to pay for a voucher (£169) without knowing if I can use it on the dates I require. Can you please let me know I there is availability on 02 and 03 of Dec 2021? And if so how do I go about booking?

What to expect

  • Overnight for two with a bottle of wine on arrival, breakfast and an optional 2 course dinner OR
  • 2 night stay for two with a bottle of wine on arrival, 2 course dinner on the first night and breakfast each morning

Voucher is valid from Wed 22 Sep 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 

Excludes 22, 24, 25, 29 Sep, 2, 9, 15, 16, 23, 26, 28, 30 Oct, 4, 11, 24-31 Dec 2021 and 1 Jan 2022.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday stays and £40 for Saturday stays; payable directly.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 4 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am. 

Classic double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge; please discuss with and pay directly.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

Options 2 and 3: Includes a 2 course dinner from a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat / dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Please discuss any menu queries directly. 2 night stay: dinner is on the first night only.

Includes a bottle of wine in the room on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Max of 2 children permitted aged 12 and under; an upgrade to a family room is required for a supplementary charge of £40prpn including breakfast; subject to availability and payable direct.

No pets permitted. 

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
