You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Options 1: Treatment duration: approx. 1hr. Upgrade to a restyle for a supplementary charge of £5; payable direct.

Option 2: Treatment duration: approx. 2hrs 15mins. Patch test is required for colour at least 48 hours before, please discuss at time of booking. Upgrade to a full head of highlights for a supplementary charge of £10 payable direct.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

A supplementary charge may be required for long hair and/or extensions; please discuss direct.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
