Do I book the date of stay at the same time as the voucher?

I can confirm, once you've purchased the deal, you'll receive a voucher which will advise how to get a booking made.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two with breakfast, bottle of wine on arrival, late check-out and optional afternoon tea with glass of fizz each

Voucher is valid until Sat 31 Oct 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 18 Sept 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!)

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm, late check-out 1pm.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: king or family £20; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Option 2: Includes afternoon tea with glass of fizz each. Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Includes a bottle of house red, white or rose wine on arrival in room. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Max of 1 child permitted; must upgrade to a family room for £20 per night, child classed age up to 12.

Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per night; payable directly to hotel.

Hotel is wheelchair accessible, but no accessible bedrooms available. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
