Questions and answers

With the Fairmont deal can one person utilise the two experiences? It is a present for my husband, we may bring our daughter and I am disabled so may not be able to mobilise for the experiences. Also would it be possible for me to utilise both the spa experiences rather than my husband as part of the deal? We may not want to do this but thought it was better to ask so we know if the deal is suitable for us.

Our deals are valid for a 25 minute treatment each, but you're welcome to contact the Fairmont directly and they'll be happy to advise further on the possibility of using both treatments yourself.

Is it possible to check that the hotel can accommodate the dates we would want before purchasing the voucher, or if they can't can the voucher be cancelled and a retund issued?

You'll be able to check availability and make a booking immediately after buying your voucher.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

I have purchased two vouchers and have now contacted the hotel to book the stays. I have been told that there is a £30 supplement per room for a Saturday night. I can't see that in your conditions. Is that correct? thanks.

I'm happy to let you know there's no Saturday supplement for this deal, but there is a £30 charge for Saturday stays on our other deal for the Fairmont.

I'm sorry for any confusion here, but I hope this clears things up!

What to expect

2 night stay for two in a suite with a cocktail on arrival, spa treatment each, full leisure access, choice of experience, 3 course dinner on the first night, afternoon tea and breakfast both mornings

Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Oct 2019 until Fri 20 Dec 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 2 Dec 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 4 per person.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.

Studio suite with king bed available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: junior suite £15, deluxe land view suite £60, deluxe sea view suite £80, executive suite £150; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes 3 course set seasonal dinner menu in La Cucina or St Andrews Bar & Grill. Menu is subject to change.

Please note St Andrews Bar & Grill is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Includes Savoy afternoon tea each. Menu can be viewed here; subject to change.

Vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Includes a signature cocktail each in Kittock’s bar. Alcohol cannot be substituted for a soft drink.

Includes a 25min treatment each in the spa choosing either a back, neck & shoulder massage or taster facial. Over 18’s only.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability.

Some treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy.

Treatment is not suitable for those with high blood pressure or diabetes.

Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Includes full leisure access for the duration of the stay.

Includes an experience each, choosing from: beekeeping experience (approx. 1 hr), personal training (approx. 1 hr), gardening experience (approx. 1 hr), guided coastal walk (approx. 2 hrs) or golf driving range experience (no time limit); subject to availability. Over 18’s only.

Please note golf clubs are not included in driving range experience but can be hired for a charge.

Max of 2 people per activity.

Please dress appropriate to the weather.

Free parking available.

Max of 2 children permitted; up to 5 years go free, 6 – 18 years require a supplementary charge of £36 per night including breakfast or a £6 supplementary charge when staying in a double double room with no extra beds.

Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £50 per night; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
