Please can you advise if there are any blackout dates - the text in “Small Print” is a bit confusing in the first three bullet points.

I can confirm this voucher is valid from Mon 26 Apr 2021 until Sun 31 Oct 2021, 7 days a week; subject to availability. Excludes 1 Jun - 30 Sept 2021.

I booked this yesterday for the 25th and 26th July for our anniversary via a phone call to the hotel where I left a message with these dates. Now I find that if I booked online today these dates would not be available :(
What do I do ? Is there a chance I will be able to get my dates in July ?

I'm afraid this deal excludes 1st June - 30th September 2021 and the hotel are unable to take bookings with an itison voucher at this time.

Hi as I can see from other questions the small print is confusing is it the 1st of June to the 30th of September that can’t be booked or the 2st of June and the 30th of September?

Voucher is valid from Mon 26 Apr 2021 until Sun 31 Oct 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 1 Jun - 30 Sept 2021.

Voucher must be booked by Thur 30 Sept 2021 (we don't want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: sea view room -  £20, superior & premier room - £40; payable directly to hotel. 

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a £30 food and drinks voucher which is valid against any menu and in the bar; menus are subject to change. 2, 3 & 4 night stay: dinner is on the first night only.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat / dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Free onsite parking available.

Max of 2 children permitted; ages 12 and under stay free, ages 12+ are classed as an adult. All meals to be charged as taken; please discuss directly with hotel.

Max of 2 well behaved dogs permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available; please discuss at the time of booking as limited.
