I can confirm a max of 2 well behaved dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; please discuss with and pay directly to the hotel.

Good morning,
I have just purchased a voucher for the Gairloch hotel at £69.
We had read the small print which stated there were September dates Available and called the Hotel prior to booking to double check that they had our date.
They told us we had to choose our date when booking the voucher.
We then selected the £69 voucher for sept and were automatically given a voucher for October.
We called the hotel who advised they could not do anything about this.
She told us that the October voucher was a £99 voucher , however we only paid £69 which is the cost of September.
There are also no options for £99 vouchers? Only £69 and 2 others over £100.
We are only in that area that week and would like to change this for the correct date or cancel please.
We read over the terms and conditions a good few times before purchasing ....

I'm afraid voucher option for August to September has ended and we're unable to sell any more vouchers.
If you're unable to use your voucher at a later date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.
