Good morning, I would like to query if there will be a family room available either Friday 9th October - Sunday 11th October or Saturday 10th October to Monday 12th October.

It states on small print that voucher is not valid in September 26 i was hoping to purchase voucher and stay from the 25th-27th. Does this mean this voucher would be invalid for my dates

Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Aug 2020 until Wed 30 Sept 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 9 - 10. 14 - 15, 19 - 20 Aug and 5, 9, 12 - 17, 20 - 21 and 26 Sept 2020. 

A supplementary charge of £10prpn is required for Friday, Saturday and Sunday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sept 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Oct to Dec options: 

Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Oct 2020 until Thur 17 Dec 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 4 Oct 2020.

A supplementary charge of £10prpn is required for Friday, Saturday and Sunday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 3 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Includes 125ml glass of Prosecco on arrival; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Max of 2 children aged 0-12yrs permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per child per night; please discuss directly with hotel.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
