Just called to check availability for the 15th July before I purchased the voucher as its my first wedding anniversary that day and looking for something special. I was told by the reception that they were completely fully booked and and offered me the Friday or the Sunday instead. Both days are really no use as we have organised arrangements for our 5month old. I then went onto there website and there online booking to see that you can still book a deluxe room on this date? which the voucher is for? really dissapointed, can this be investigated further by yourself? as they advertising incorrectly if they do infact have the room available but not allowing an itison voucher holder to book it?

Voucher is valid until Thur 31 Aug 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Includes a Bellini cocktail each on arrival.

Rooms can be upgraded to a mini suite for a supplementary charge of £95 per room per night payable directly to hotel; subject to availability.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge, please discuss directly with hotel; subject to availability.

Free onsite parking available.
