That makes absolutely no sense . You have advertised that one voucher would allow two people occupancy of a room . I understand that two vouchers would be required for two separate entries to the studio tour but why state that one voucher would allow two people in a room then state differently here ?

In clear and precise English you have advertised that the price is based on 2 sharing a twin/ double room . Not that a separate voucher would be required for a second person in the same room. Any replies from you here are retrospective and in no way legally binding to the original wording of your deal. You would have to honour the deal you posted . i.e one voucher would equate to a two person occupancy of a twin/ double room . If you didn't honour that deal Advertising Standards would have to be contacted and the wording of the terms changed for future sales . Current vouchers would have to be honoured as per the advertised deal or a full refund offered .

Price is based on 2 sharing a twin / double room - single room supplement is £50 per night

Voucher is valid from Thur 3 Jan 2019 until Tue 30 Apr 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.

Advance booking required. Must be booked by Fri 22 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Booking within 30 days of purchasing is recommended.

Bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable once booked once confirmed.

Email bookings only.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Please note; members must make their own way to London; transfers are not included.

Studio tour is suitable for all ages and children aged 4 and under can visit for free, although they will require a ticket, please arrange at time of booking. All children must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 and over.

Tour duration: approx. 3.5 hrs; we do not recommend arriving earlier than 20 mins before your allotted time slot as entry cannot be guaranteed any earlier than that printed on your ticket.

The majority of the studio tour is suitable for wheelchairs but some areas can be difficult to navigate. For more information click here.

Pets are not permitted; only guide dogs/medical alert dogs are permitted and they require formal identification eg. relevant documentation or jacket.
