I've never booked with It is On before.
I first of all simply want to know if the hotel I'm interested in has availability for my dates. I seem to have to put in my credit card details, before I even know if they have availability for my dates.
Seems a bit of a strange way of doing things.
Can you confirm how the booking process actually works please?

A two night stay for two people is £139, and this includes a £15pp dinner allocation each night and breakfast both mornings. Just keep in mind a supplementary charge of £10 per room, per night is required for Friday and Saturday nights.

What to expect

Overnight stay for two with dinner and breakfast OR

2 night stay for two with dinner both night and breakfast both mornings OR

3 night stay for two with dinner each night and breakfast each morning

Dinner is a £15pp allowance

Option 1: voucher is valid until Sun 30 June 2019, Sun - Thur; subject to availability. Excludes Fridays and Saturdays.

Options 2 & 3: voucher is valid until Sun 30 June 2019, 7 days; subject to availability. A supplementary charge of £10 per room per night is required for Fridays and Saturdays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 7 June 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in from 2pm, check-out 11am.

Standard double or twin rooms available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a £15pp dinner allocation each night; dinner can be taken in the Bistro or Hebridean Restaurant. Table booking and time required at check in. Vegetarian options are available; please advise hotel when booking.

Max of 2 children permitted; under 2’s stay free with a travel cot and mattress provided (no bedding), ages 2 – 15 years require an upgrade to a family room with two additional bunk beds or a standard room with a sofa bed for a supplementary charge; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel. All meals are to be paid for as taken.

Dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per stay; payable directly to hotel.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
