Do we book direct with Hotel? And what are our cancellation rights should anything unexpected occur.

Thanks for getting in touch!

I'm happy to confirm you'll be able to make a booking directly with the hotel immediately after buying your voucher.

I can also confirm that we offer a full refund on unused vouchers within 14 days of purchase, and the hotel's cancellation policy states that you risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 hours of your booking.

What to expect

Overnight stay for two with 2 course dinner and breakfast OR

2 night stay for two with 2 course dinner on the first night and breakfast both mornings

Voucher is valid until Mon 23 Dec 2019, Sun – Fri; subject to availability.

Excludes Saturdays and 27, 29 Sept, 4, 11, 18, 27, 31 Oct, 1, 8, Nov and 1, 6, 13, 20 Dec 2019.

A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Friday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 9 Dec 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.

Classic double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: superior room - £20, deluxe room - £30, suite - £50, Eden suite - £100; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Include a 2 course dinner (choice of starter & main only) from set menu; subject to change. Option 2 is valid for dinner on the first night only. Vegetarian options are available. No gluten / wheat free options available.

Max of 2 children permitted; a supplementary charge of £25 per child is required which includes an upgrade to a family room, dinner and breakfast; payable directly to hotel. Children are classed as age 15 and under.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available; please advise hotel at time of booking if adapted room is required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
