Some friends and I have a itison voucher from a cancellation during lockdown. We have a specific date when we want to visit but the itison website is asking me for payment before I check availability. How do I know if I book that there will definitely be availablity at the hotel on those dates? I tried ringing the hotel but they said this is an issue with you. Thanks

1 night stay: Valid Sun - Fri. Excludes Saturdays and 11 Feb 2022. A supplementary charge of £30 per room per night is required for Friday stays; payable direct.

2 night: Valid 7 days. A supplementary charge of £30 per room per night is required for Friday stays and £50 for Saturday stays; payable direct. Excludes 5, 11-12 and 26 Feb 2022.

Voucher must be booked by Thu 17 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only. Telephone bookings will not be accepted.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
