Hi there, I obviously missed that this voucher is only available next year, but meant to let you know that the hotel told me I’m not able to make a booking myself using the voucher - I would need to call Itison and ask you to call the hotel to make the reservation.

I’ve used vouchers for Hotel Indigo before and have never had this, explained you’re a broker and not a travel agent who makes reservations, but the lady wouldn’t budge.

You may want to check this with the hotel before others get into the same issues! Glad I didn’t buy the voucher yet…

If we book a 1 room, 2 night stay that covers a Friday and a Saturday overnight is the total supplementary charge £50 or £100?
