You'll be able to check availability and make a booking via email iimmediately after buying your voucher.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

Sun - Thu stay: Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Jul 2021 until Tue 31 Aug 2021. Excludes Fri - Sat stays.

Fri - Sat stay: Voucher is valid from Fri 2 Jul 2021 until Sat 28 Aug 2021. Excludes Sun - Thu stays.

All stays are subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Aug 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 12noon.

Standard double/twin available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

Includes a pint of beer, 175ml glass of wine, vodka with mixer or a WKD on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Max of 1 child 0-11yrs permitted free of charge when sharing with 1 adult. Max of 2 people per room OR 2 adults and 1 cot.

Max of 1 pet permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per night; please discuss directly with the hotel.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
