Questions and answers

The deal says valid 7 days but the small print says excludes Saturdays..can you confirm?

Thanks for getting in touch!

Option 1 (for a one night stay) does exclude Saturdays, but option 2 (for a 2 night stay) can be used 7 days a week, subject to a supplement of £40 for Saturday night stays.

Thanks for getting in touch.

I can confirm option 2 is £269 for a 2 night stay for two with a glass of Prosecco, dinner on the first night and breakfast both mornings.
There is also a £40 supplementary charge for Saturday stays, which is payable directly to the hotel.

The overall payment for the 2 night stay would be £309.

What to expect

Option 1: Voucher is valid from Thur 2 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, valid Sun - Fri; subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays.

Option 2: Voucher is valid from Sun 27 Oct 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 24 Dec 2019 - 1 Jan 2020. A supplementary charge of £40 is required for Saturday stays.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 13 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am,

Herdwick or Town double room available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a 3 course dinner on set menu or £28pp dinner allowance on the a la carte menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Option 2: Dinner is on the first night only.

Option 2: Includes a glass of Prosecco on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Max of 1 child permitted on a pull out bed for a supplementary charge of £15 per night; payable directly to hotel.

Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per night; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
