Why are no children permitted when the hotel itself allows children and is not adult only? I’d like to take my baby :(

Sunday night stay for two with breakfast and late checkout OR 

2 or 3 night stay for two with breakfast each morning and a 3 course dinner on one night 

Option 1 (Sunday night stay): valid from Sun 3 Nov 2019 until Sun 23 Feb 2020; subject to availability. Excludes Mon – Sat and 22 Dec 2019 – 5 Jan 2020.

Option 2 & 3 (2 or 3 night stay): valid from Sun 3 Nov 2019 until Wed 26 Feb 2020. Valid 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 22 Dec 2019 – 10 Jan 2020 and 14 Feb 2020.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 3 Feb 2020(we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

A max of 2 vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Option 1: check-in 3pm, late check out 1pm; options 2 & 3: check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Option 1: standard double room; option 2: premier double rooms; option 3: premier deluxe double rooms available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: please discuss directly with hotel. 

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

2 or 3 night stays: Include a 3 course dinner each on one night of your stay. Sample menu; subject to change

A supplementary charge is required per person for the following: Steak £5 and cheese £4; payable directly to restaurant.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free, dairy free and vegan options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

No children permitted.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
